Navigation

Note: You can customize these keyboard shortcuts under Settings/Input and Navigation.
Note: Trackpad navigation: Swipe with two fingers to pan. Pinch to zoom.
Note: Power zoom: Hold down both mouse buttons (or press the mouse wheel) and move the mouse.

CTRL + E : Display entire project or zoom to level 0
CTRL + ALT + mouse movement : Zoom workspace
CTRL + SPACE + mouse movement : Pan workspace
SPACE + mouse movement : Pan workspace

Tools

V : Pointer mode
T : Create text
N : Create sticky note
S : Screenshot
P : Draw doodles (Note: You don't need to switch manually when using a stylus on a touchscreen)
L : Draw lines and arrows
M : Draw shapes
W : Create widget
K : Create task
CTRL + F : Search

Edit

CTRL + Z : Undo
CTRL + Y : Redo
CTRL + drag elements : Duplicate
CTRL + D : Duplicate selected elements
SHIFT + drag elements : Move linearly along an axis
ALT + drag elements : Move without Smart Align (Note: You can also shake the elements to disable Smart Align)
ARROW KEYS : Move selected elements (Note: Make sure you haven't enabled arrow keys as mouse navigation modifier in Settings/Input and Navigation)
ARROW KEYS + SHIFT : Move selected elements (larger distance)
DEL or BACKSPACE : Delete selected elements
CTRL + C : Copy selected elements to clipboard (Note: CTRL + X cuts the selected elements)
CTRL + V : Paste clipboard content into Workspace (Note: You can also copy from one project to another)
CTRL + SHIFT + C : Copy style of a text or shape
CTRL + SHIFT + V : Apply style to a text or shape

Select

Note: You can customize these keyboard shortcuts under Settings/Input and Navigation/Element selection.

ALT + hold left mouse button + drag : Draw selection frame
ALT + SHIFT + hold left mouse button : Draw selection lasso
SHIFT + select element : Add or remove element from selection (Note: You can also draw a lasso to affect multiple elements at once)

Text

TAB : Create new text to the right
CTRL + ENTER : Create new text below (Note: If you position the cursor in the text, the text will be split at that position)
CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER : Create identical text below
In bulleted and numbered lists: SHIFT + ENTER : Create new line without bullet or number

Presentation Path

F5: Start the first existing presentation path (Note: If no presentation path exists, the timeline will be displayed)
RIGHT ARROW or PAGE DOWN: Next step
LEFT ARROW or PAGE UP: Previous step
UP or DOWN ARROW: Return to the current step (If you have navigated away manually during the presentation)
ESC: Stop the presentation path and display the timeline (Note: Press ESC again to close the timeline)

Useful Windows Keyboard Shortcuts

WIN + E : Open Windows File Explorer
WIN + TAB : Open Task View (display all open windows)
ALT + TAB : Switch between tasks

Backup

CTRL + B: When pressed in the homescreen (project list), a periodic backup can be activated.

CTRL + F6 : Start Tracing (Note: This creates a log file and starts the logging process. To stop logging, press CTRL + F6 again. You can start logging in the project home screen, then open a project and stop it in the project, or you can start it directly in the project).
CTRL + F7: Display folder containing the log file. Please send the log file to support@deon.de
