Save and send event logs
Right-click on the Windows logo and start the Event Viewer.
Navigate to 'Windows Logs' in the left pane and open the 'Application' subfolder.
Select the relevant, timely entries: Click on the first entry, hold down the Shift key, and then click on the last entry.
Right-click on the selected events and choose 'Save selected events…'.
Send the saved file as an attachment along with a brief comment on the problem that occurred via email to support@deon.de
